Intro
An active aging centre for the over 55's where people can access the luncheon club, have advice sessions (e.g. Fire service or Patrollers), and meet up with like minded people for a chat.
A range of activities are also on offer such as: artist workshop, tai-chi, bingo, keep-fit, line dancing, sequence dancing, armchair exercise, book clubs and poetry readings.
Looking for volunteers to start up a whist group, knitting group, social club and indoor bowls.
