The Tameside Egypt Group is a society for those who have an interest in Ancient Egypt, Egyptian Archaeology and Egyptology.
The membership is made up of people who live in the Tameside and Oldham area and is open to all.
The meetings include talks by eminent Archaeologists, Egptologists and gifted amateurs.
Talks range on all subjects related to Ancient Egypt, the archaeology of Egypt and visits to the momuments and archaeological sites in Egypt.
