Intro
Aims to help all groups to exchange with Mossley's twin town of Hem (Lille, Northern France). Puts people in touch with the relevant/equivalent organisations in Hem. Encourages all types of exchanges including, school, sport and cultural.
We are hoping to exchange with Hem, other twin towns Wiehl (Germany) and Aljustrel (Portugal).
