Allingham heads north to Killer Keilder

In their 2010 MSA Gravel Championship campaign Alex Allingham and Co driver Mark Glennerster will head to Carlisle this weekend to take part in the Tour of Cumbria Rally. 

A round of the 2010 MSA Gravel Championship, the rally takes part over 75 competitive miles in the infamous Keilder forests in Northern Cumbria. The Rally starts at Carlisle Race course on Saturday at 8.00am and after 12 hours of rallying returns to Carlisle at 8.00pm.

Commenting on the challenge ahead Allingham said: 'I have never competed up here before, and 75 competitive stage miles and with the long road sections, keeping switched on for all that time is going to be key, I have full confidence in the Hankook Tyres and the car now we've re-prepared it after our Bulldog Win'

Alex and Mark are supported by Local graphics company Brokenpencil.co.uk, Racebits.co.uk, Workwear4you, Opie Oils, and Richard Allingham Cars.

However, there is a slight problem in that Mark is currently in New York waiting for a flight back to the UK, will he make it or will Alex's stand in Co driver be required... time will tell....watch this space!
