Allingham puts pencil to paintwork!

Stalybridge Rally Driver Alex Allingham and his co-driver Mark Glennerster have successfully secured a new sponsor for the 2010 season.

Alex is now supported by local graphics company BrokenPencil.co.uk based in Delph, alongside his current sponsors.

Alex's next event is the Ludlow Castle Motor Club Rally Sprint on 20th February where he will be using the event as a shakedown for Rallye Sunseeker the following weekend, the season opener for the 2010 Ancro MSA Rally Championship.

Alex will be the second car on the road at the rally sprint, based on his previous performances and hopes the new sponsor will bring him great success on this weekends stages.

Alex said "I can't wait to drive the car at the Gravel Sprint; it seems like ages since I've done an event"

Alex's last event was the Grizedale Stages 2009 on 5th December where he finished a fantastic career best 2nd Overall and over 2 minutes in front of his nearest GPN Rival.
