Tribute to 80-year-old woman following fatal collision

The family of Clarice De-Looze, who died following a collision in Ashton, have paid tribute.
Clarice, 80, from Audenshaw, was in collision with a black taxi cab on Guide Lane, near to the junction with Chapel Street, shortly before 7.50pm on Friday 21 May 2010.
She was using a pedestrian crossing at the time of the collision.
Clarice was taken to Tameside General Hospital with serious injuries to her left leg, head and pelvis. Her condition was described as life-threatening and she died at about 1.30am on Saturday 22 May 2010.
Clarice lived in Audenshaw since 1935, and was a teacher at the Old Hall School on Old Hall Drive in Gorton for 32 years.
Her niece Wendy Edwards paid the following tribute: "Clarice was a fit, healthy, 80-year-old woman who has never been ill and was very active.
"She was an avid church goer at Trinity Church on Audenshaw Road, Audenshaw.
"She was a keen gardener, and did a lot of charity work for the Stroke Association and a Alzheimers charity among others.
"We are very shocked and upset. Clarice will be dearly missed."
Traffic officers are appealing to two women who seen standing near to the collision to come forward. Two cars were also seen to slow down after the collision, and the people inside are yet to provide information.
