Police appeal for family of Bernard Thomas Bailey

Date published: 09 December 2009

Police are appealing for the public's help to trace the next of kin of a Beswick man.

Bernard Thomas Bailey, 47, was found dead at his home on Blakemore Walk on Sunday (6 December).

Officers went to his house after worried friends had not seen him for a few days.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and the details have been passed to the coroner.

Police are trying to trace any family Mr Bailey may have had, and it is believed they may live in the Ashton-under-Lyne or Glossop areas.

Anyone who has information about Mr Bailey's family should call Greater Manchester Police on 0161 856 3897.
