Woman charged after man killed on M60

A woman has been charged after a man was killed in a collision on the M60.

Lisa Donnelly (born 23/02/1982) of Nelstrop Road, Heaton Chapel, is charged with causing death by dangerous driving and is due before Stockport Magistrates' Court on 4 December 2009.

Lee Thomas Cunnane, 21, from Denton, died after the Ford Focus he was travelling in collided with a tree near to junction five anti-clockwise at about 5.20am on Saturday 18 April 2009.

Lee was taken to Wythenshawe Hospital for treatment to his injuries, but he died a short time later.
