Tameside Wine Tasting

Denton architects Jennings Design Associates hosted a networking & wine tasting evening last week.

The networking event, which was organised by Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, attracted businesses from across Tameside.

As well as the opportunity to taste some fantastic wines, courtesy of Fine Wines, there was the opportunity to network both casually and with some more formal sessions.
Lynn Kerfoot of Newland Engineering was been appointed Tameside President of Greater Manchester Chamber. Lynn has been a member of Tameside Local Chamber Council for four years and has been Vice Chairman/President for the last two years. Her main achievement was the formation of the Broadway Business Watch in conjunction with the Chamber. This has resulted in a greater relationship with the local police and amongst all the businesses. She is still striving to raise the profile and importance of business crime. She is also one of the founding members and a Director of the Tameside Business Family and a Director of the Tameside Education Business Partnership.
