Bakery Wizards in the making

Christopher Foxall from Premier foods visited the college to talk about the company and the blue chip brands which it represents and to show students how to make excellent Granary loaves.

Christopher gave an excellent presentation and got involved with the students giving them practical tips which the students found very useful. The purpose of the demonstration was to encourage the students to participate in competitions. They are currently preparing for the annual bakery competition. The event will be held at Alton Towers and Bakery students from all over the country will be participating.

Christopher commented that judging on the quality of the products made and displayed that he saw a lot of potential competition winners.
